Celebration Cape Architectural Change Request Process Everyone who purchased property in Celebration Cape was made aware that this is a deed restricted community. In simple terms, it means we all agreed to be bound by a set of guidelines as to how our property looks and is used. This means that whenever an owner is planning to change the exterior appearance of their home or property, they must submit a proposal requesting to make such changes. Start by downloading and reviewing the Architectural Guidelines. Once you've done that, these are the basic ARM forms you will need to fill out and submit: For House Painting projects, you will also need to complete and submit the Paint Checklist. For Driveway modifications, you will need to review the Driveway Guidelines, and fill out the Driveway Affidavit_Waiver. Once you complete the required forms, submit them to:
Celebration Cape Community Association, Inc. Our management company will do an initial review, then send the requests to our community HOA Architectural Review Board. The ARB reviews the submitted forms and works with owners to make sure the proposed changes fall within the approved guidelines Owners can reach out to any member of the ARB for assistance with this process and proper completion of required documentation.
